Beginner needs help with conditional comments.
Hi, I am presently building a website which has small logos placed in layers using Dreamweaver MX 2004. The placement is fine in IE7, Firefox, Opera and Safari but around 25px lower in IE6. To fix this I have tried using a conditional comment (placed in the header) to link IE6 to a different stylesheet with appropriate placement values .
Although this works to a point, I notice that the page has moved lower in the browser and the first line of the code (<!--[if lte IE6]>) is visible in the browser window.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Regards, Stephen.
