Open your Files panel in expanded view. Choose View > Show Hidden Files
Your files panel, in normal or expanded view, will now show all TMP files that get left behind (in a normal session, Dreamweaver should delete them), as well as _notes folders, which Dreamweaver uses internally.
Before publishing your site, turn on Hidden Files to make sure all TMPs are gone, delete any remaining TMPS, and then hide Hidden Files again before publishing.
