Nope. You struck out there :-) Here are the rules to edit, for a PMM1 menu:
Root menu font-size (note-I've removed all the default declarations from these rules for brevity and clarity):
#p7PMnav a { font-size: 1em; }
Sub-menus (note-if this rule does not appear in your PMM1 style sheet, create it at the bottom of the css file):
#p7PMnav ul a { font-size: .9 em; }
The font-sizes must be in proportional measures, preferably em units.
