p7_express is a folder he would have created if he were using our free CSS Express menu: http://www.projectseven.com/tutorials/navigation/auto_hide/workpage.htm

The PMM system writes style sheets based on the theme you choose for the menu in our interface. In "p7pmh2.css", for example, the "h" means the menu is horizontal and the "2" means it is style theme #2. We never delete these files.

You should be editing "p7pmh6.css". The easisest wayt to tell is to look in Dreamweaver's CSS panel.
