I agree with John... way too many tables that are cluttering up the web page. It got nested so deep in Firebug that it practically ran off my window. This type of page is very 1990's and would not sit well in many circles.
Do the CSS route to separate your content from presentation. As well, you will gain more control over your overall look and get the result you want as well as be easier on the bandwidth.
