Good suggestions. I had a client delete the .css file because he didn't know what it was.

That is one thing I don't do. In California, if I hand over a CD, I am required to get a state resale license and charge sales tax. As long as the exchange is virtual, not physical, I can avoid having to deal with sales tax. Giving away the CD, rather than charging for it, does not alter my obligation to the state.
