Back to http://lincav.net/test10.shtm I've managed to fix the "jumping" in the menu, and have eliminated more code. But no matter how many zeros I put in, I'm still not getting the pieces to blend together w/o space between. I can live with the overall look, now that I've made the menu use the same 3 columns as the editable area, but I'd still rather have then abut each other. What margins or paddings or whatever am I now missing? (and do you need the template code as well, in order to tell?)
Here is the entire menu.htm code (that's the "included" file: <link href="lincolnavenue.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css"> <table> <tr> <td class="woodcolumn"> </td> <td class="menu"> <a href="http://lincav.net">Home</a></a> | More coming soon | <a href="mailto:kathryn@bassett.net">Contact the Webmaster</a> | <a href="mailto:jdavee@concentric.net">Contact the Store</a></td> <td class="woodcolumn"> </td> </tr> </table>
