Thanks to Ken and Vicki. I double checked both body and table settings and everything was zeroed out. So the next culprit in line was the sub head in my first table cell. The css for it was nothing unusual but I decided to put in zeroed out padding, border and margin here as well and that did the trick for the mozilla browsers. The div now lines up in its proper location.
Funny thing is, I've never specifically used those tags for type specing before unless I was going to actually increase one or the other.
Just another of those weird little CSS gremlins!!!!
