I just checked out your page in Safari and IE 5.2 on a Mac. You have a couple of very minor problems that I am currently seeing.
In both browsers, the left hand side of the curved box - the rounded corners are perfect but on the right hand side, the curves aren't lining up with the straight line of the form box - it looks like the curved corner images are set inwards by about 1 pixel.
In IE 5.2: For some reason, the spacer GIFs right at the top of your form are coming up as missing graphics (red x's). That's not the case at all with Safari though. The form looks perfect in Safari.
At the bottom of the page, in both browsers, the thick lines are all lining up for me. Although, if I could, I would offer one small suggestion - I would get rid of the lines in the bottom box (with your credits - "Site by", "Copyright" and "Photos"). I would keep that box a solid color.
There's two reasons why I say that:
1) I'm finding the white text on top of the darker green lines a little difficult to read or distracting at best.
2) Even though - for me - the "lines" are all lining up from, because you have that bottom box a slightly darker shade of green, it's giving the optical illusion as if the lines are shifting ever so slightly (at least the first time you look at the bottom of the page). Once you stare at the bottom, you will almost literally see the lines "shift" until they are lined up. Do you see that effect>
I grant you, it's slight but when you've had more classes in "color theory" then you care to admit, you get very in tuned with the weird optical illusions colors can play on the human eye. I think this is what might be happening here a bit.
Anyway, just my two pennies of thought.
:-)
