I will look at the tutorial.
In answer to the question why.
The client by preference prints out websites that interests him. He is not on the internet all the time and feels his target viewer is the same type of person, not knowing enough about computers to tweak browsers etc.
Quick question... why does every page have to be printable? Does your client really think his content is that good that everybody is going to want a hardcopy?
