I just have one or two more questions to ask you to make sure I understand everything as some of the responses have been a little confusing - at least as far as my specific requirements go.
Mainly, what I need to know is this: It sounds to me like you have Contribute 2 installed on your machine and by doing so, this allows your clients to access their sites. THEY don't have Contribute 2 installed on THEIR machines but they access their sites via Contribute. Is this how Contribute works?
Also, I'm using DWMX (NOT 2004) on a Mac and my clients would also be using a Mac as well. As far as I could tell from the Flash demo on Macromedia's site, everything is pretty much done via e-mail notification and FTP software. Am I off base with that assumption?
Of course, I'll probably understand all of this a lot better if I just download the 30-day free trial (and I still might do that) but the boss wanted to meet with me to discuss "this Contribute thing" so I wanted to and gather as much initial info as I could prior to that meeting and THEN decide of the 30 day download was for us.
