Re: Netscape fix for this...? Check!
Can some people check this to see if the code works for Netscape please. All welcome to check to make sure nothing else bizarre has happened.
Especially noting if my repeat graphic down the right (what has been described as a fluffy border), is still intact? :-)
Also, my repeat mid-blue panel with a dashed line, on the left hand side under the gradient. These two repeat graphics should go down as long as the text goes in the centre.

These things seem to come in bunches.
You have two things going on with NN4.x:
First, netscape doesn't seem to handle background colour in styles unless you also specify a border. Since you probably don't want a border to show, you can specify a decimal fraction pixel width, and it won't display the border, or you can track down a hack that will only let Netscape 4.x see a particular style rule and let that browser show a border. The may be in the css-discuss Wiki--I can't remember where I last saw it.
The other thing has just been discussed in the "Site Check/CSS" thread. Your stylesheet specifies background: #FFFFFF url(sideshade.gif)... for #main (which seems to be the selector applied to your content area). So netscape resolves this relative to your document and looks for demo.jaguardesign.com.au/sideshade.gif to insert as a background image. Of course it doesn't find it.
You either have to specify root relative paths for urls in your stylesheet, like url(/assets/sideshade.gif) or you have to feed NN4.x a separate style sheet. Since you have your site sitting under the root, you can probably use root relative paths.
Try changing your first rule in #main to background: #FFFFFF url(/assets/sideshade.gif) repeat-y 100% 100%; border: 0.1px solid black; and see if that helps with NN4.x.
In Camino and ie 6 your page looks great.
I haven't looked at why your menu is pushed up. That looks like pvii issue. Does it use relative or absolute positioning in its layout?
Nice looking site.
