They're not bundled into the iPod, sorry... you'd buy them like you would buy any other audio content. The Pimsleur language courses come from Simon & Schuster now, but the LingoShop site has good info too: http://www.simonsays.com/pimsleur/ http://www.lingoshop.com/
The Pimsleur CDs are more expensive than other language tools, but the structure is a little different... they're like a constant drill to respond rapidly in the target language... complementing them with grammar, vocabulary and other references can be useful. For less-expensive audio language resources, try: http://www.audioforum.com/ http://www.randomhouse.com/livinglanguage/ http://www.berlitzbooks.com/
A pocket audio device like an iPod makes this type of learning a lot more practical than with cassettes or CDs, because you can keep your entire course in your pocket at all times... no changing tapes, no getting stuck with one content for the day, no excuse for not taking advantage of odd moments.
I've heard some mention that they find good use of these devices for audio books, but a device like an iPod is definitely great for learning another language.
