Was the mistake yours or the registrars? If it was the registrar, they need to fix their forms.
As long as both primary and secondary DNS servers are up, I don't foresee any real complications arising out of it (although Steve A. may have something more insightful to offer).
Bad things could happen if you reverse the name and IP address.
