I've wanted a 21" monitor for I can't remember how long. I finally
picked a second hand sony trinitron up yesterday which has a flat
screen. I saw it working there and it seemed fine on a 1280 x 1024 res.
Of course being me, I want to make the most of the screen size so its
currently 1600 x 1200 (despite the effect on my eyes - like I'll have to
drop it slightly now as I can't make out the text unless I sit forward
and squint!). My own monitor as it were is also a sony trinitron and
19" - just plugged it in and its fab, colours super. This one however
is a bit different and I think its me and my lack of understanding
that's the problem. It has some RGB and SRGB settings or the easy
settings - I'm just using the easy settings right now as I'm not sure
what the others should be??? Or how best to approach it? I still need
to get an adaptor so I can use them both together (dream city) so right
now I can't even compare them. My little dream is feeling a bit pair
shaped right now. Anyone got a P1110 who can tell me what to do to sort
it??
