Re: [OT] Re: WAS studio MX and the mac Now UPS
I've heard of someone who's fax caught fire when the lightening got the line! Working on the principle that if it can happen to anyone it'll generally be me, I run around the building like something possessed unplugging anything electrical and all phones etc too!! (Hey anyone who has to buy 4 wireless access points and then reprogram the last one cause it came with the wrong firmware has to act with caution!!) We did loose 2 phone lines in a storm, they came back up but neither could handle data anymore only voice. Had one hell of a job to convince BT they had to sort it, as they only guarantee voice online!! Eventually my argument that I wasn't asking for something new, but just the same service back that I'd enjoyed for 3 years (OR ELSE!!) won them round. Grrrrr!
Sue (Who's not really paranoid! Most of the time!)
