Paula,

Stuffit Expander is now and has always been FREE. It should be on your
Installation Disk from Apple. If you have reinstalled OS X it should
have already been installed. But ...

If all else fails, click on this link to download a disk image. I'm
uploading it now and it should be there by about 2:30 pm EDT.

You don't need any Stuffit Engine to unpack it. Just Disk Copy which is
already on your computer.
