Re: OT: WAS New Toy! NOW Advice on Video camera??
Whoa!! That's some going!!
Since we seem to have gotten onto the camera topic once again. Can I pick the brains of our list please? (There's sooo much more there than mine could store!!) I have a client who is a national charity and they are after getting a video camera to take vids of the events they hold (mostly with famous authors/illustrators), progress on their new building etc etc. Some of this may come to me for use on the web, some may go to CD's some might be for use in media coverage - you name it I think they could have a use for it. They don't know what to look for and to be honest neither do I. They've been pointed in the direction of some possible funding (don't know how much is available, I think they have to ask and then wait and see) It would make sense to try and get the best they can, but if no one will be able to use it then that would'nt make sense either. I think they need more than just an ordinary video camera but need some pointers?? Also for software to advise them on?? Any tips welcomed, off list if its too off topic would be great.
Thanks,
Sue.
