Hi gang,
Again, going strictly by a "generalization", I know that PayPal had some problems with frozen accounts as others have previously mentioned, but I was under the impression that mostly occurred when they were an independent entity.
Now that they have partnered (been bought by?) eBay, I thought I read somewhere where they had done a bit of business re-organization in order to make those frozen account situations a thing of the past.
Can't remember where I read that though. I want to say it was from an industry magazine - something like InformationWeek or something like that...
