Don't know about these folks in particular but i'd like to suggest in general to ck out the kind of support offered. The one we use currently only provides email ticket support and that is extremely frustrating because you never know if they even received your email description of the problem and there is no timeline for returning emails.
For us it has been as short as 1 hr or as long as 24 hrs. For example we were both without the password info to sign into our acct. And we requested the pw.... the answer was sign in and change the pw. Well we were unable to do so because we didn't have the password!
We will be changing the service at the end of the contract.
