Hey Brien,
This is one of my favorite little "Hot Dreamweaver Tips". It's kinda like finding the Alien in QuarkExpress. Once you find it, you can't help but pass it around to other people. It took me a little while to figure out how is too, but once you do, you never forget.
Here's what you do:
1) Highlight the text you want as a pop-up window link. 2) In your Properties palette, type "javascript:;" as your link. 3) Open your DW "Behaviors" window. 4) Now you should see the pop-up window selection! 5) Create your pop-up window as you would normally do!
