Store.yahoo.com's pretty good. I've used it a couple of times.

I never did end up using them. The one client that I was going to use them with ended up wanting things that it couldn't do and where have I heard this before ;-)
Something like that could work for your purpose and I'm sure it's seen some features added since I was last looking at it.
