re the below, I tested it on NN7.01 and Opera 6.05 on my PC (W2K) and neither one exhibits the same behavior as IE6--everything looks good on both of them--altho there is a bit of gap between the top of the screen and the green border/white box (about 10px maybe), but I'm assuming that was deliberate.
