Never went to lasso myself, and with OS X and Dreamweaver MX, PHP - MySQL is a delight
I personally spend more time wrestling with SQL than php... so this could be a great help,
Who just recently left of a where clause and changed the name of everything in the database to the same name ;-)
Backups rule.

Ah! I'd forgotten what it is.
I don't claim to representative of professional Mac users, but we've never been that interested in anything to do with accessing MS SQL databases using asp or coldfusion because, historically, they've never been really supported on the Mac. Like many people wanting to do similar things using Macs, we've gone the Lasso/MySQL route, and since we're now there, other options aren't so interesting (as this is so easy to use).
However, if we had time, we'd *like* to expand our knowledge into PHP/MySQL and so products like yours may be of use, but for now, we're sticking with Lasso (which effectively also builds SQL statements from simple tags). Hope that may explain some of the reduced interest from Mac users.
Best Rgds john
