A couple of things come to mind . . . First is that depending on volume, 4 weeks may not be enough to see any meaningful results. Second is that many directories and se's don't like marketing slogans as a site description. "Pure Tech Plastics is the leader in the post consumer plastics (pet) recycling industry." has that sort of feel to it as does the title. It's best to just display the facts without hype.
There are also some optimization tools you might look at such as VSE Be Found on the Mac and I think both Web Position Gold and Submit Wolf provide similar functionality on the PC side though I'm not personally familiar with those. These apps will help you optimize your meta tags so that there aren't too many keywords in the title, you have the right number of keywords, etc . . . .
