I don't know. I've had experiences similar to yours, but then, not always. It's not bothered me enough to find a fix. Well, except when it mixes up the code in such a way that there are variables being called when they're not defined until later down the page. That's happened a couple times.
But again, this is usually after I've been fiddling with the code. Maybe it's something I'm doing?
