This morning's (London) Guardian has an interesting article: "Legal Risk Lies in Web Lock-out" by Matthew Wall.
The article's summary is: "The internet has revolutionised information access for blind people, but still too many web designers blatantly ignore this audience. And not only that, they are ignoring the law too."
