I've received two types of objections to the above: -- "Yes, I see what it says on the website, but I want it in a legal contract, with penalties if you don't." -- "Yes, but what happens if you can't, if Macromedia disappears and you can't do this?"
I don't have airtight replies to either of the above, but can just point to the FAQ's general implication of trying to do the right thing.
