Does anyone know where I would look for or know what my "firewall host" would be
on a Mac X.2.8?

I am trying to troubleshoot the reason why I can not seem to connect to my any of my sites
whether they are from dreamweaver or golive in contribute. The documentation that comes with
contribute says I have to put this information in the preferences. I haven't a clue.....
