Thanks to those who helped to solve this submission problem. I finally solved it!!! What a great feeling :)
I first use the 'form_processor.pl', then the'formail.pl',the 'envtest3.cgi' (this is the one my hosts suggested), then back to 'form_processor.pl' again. It really helps to read the 'read me' file.
