I am interested in getting some good search engine placement for both Google
and Yahoo on a website. I am willing to pay some money to these services,
however I am unclear what is the best way to set things up.

Also, I know it is important to " optimize " a Web site for proper search
engine placement - I would like to also know if there some good URL's that
can help describe the process.
