The first is failure to ensure that scripts and stylesheets work crossplatform.
For example, since our recent move to Lake Oswego, I've noticed several sites done by another local developer that are obviously not tested on Macs -- the navigation bars don't display at all, so there's no way for a Mac user to get past the home page.
Second, provision of files for download that are only PC compatible. Another Lake Oswego example: when I checked out the local Chamber of Commerce site, the membership form was only downloadable in .doc format. Now, I suppose that if I were an office user of a Mac, I might own Microsoft Office for Mac and might be able to read their file. However, I don't use any typical word processor at all since I prefer QuarkXpress. Had I been patient enough, I might have been able to import the doc into Quark, but I didn't feel like wasting time dinking around with it. Why the heck didn't they provide an Acrobat file?
